AUGUST PREORDER UPDATE:
Hello Friends,
a handful of you may have encountered a USPS tracking error. Callahan and I are currently working with USPS to determine why your packages are not tracking and are doing everything we can to obtain new tracking numbers for you.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment and production. I will be contacting you immediately once we have tracking status updates. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. This is not the standard or quality we aim to operate at, and we greatly appreciate your patience. We aim to have your new tracking numbers by Monday 11/17.

OCTOBER PREORDER UPDATE:
For those with pieces from our October preorder, production is currently on schedule and your pieces are estimated to ship the first week of December. We’re in the casting stage for all mugs, and all ready-to-ship orders have already been sent out.
AUGUST PREORDER UPDATE:
HELLO FRIENDS,
I SENT OUT AN EMAIL BLAST REGARDING THIS, BUT AM NOW A BIT CONCERNED THAT IT WASN’T DELIVERED TO ALL OF YOU. A handful of you have received tracking numbers for August preorders, but your order has not shipped yet. I printed your labels when I thought your order was ready; this is my fault completely. We ran into a production issue with the final batch of Triple Threat Mugs and a few Blue Flash Mugs. We made the difficult decision to pull these pieces and have them redone as soon as possible. These new pieces WILL SHIP IN TWO ROUNDS. THE FIRST GROUP IS SHIPPING ON NOVEMBER 6. GROUP TWO IS SHIPPING ON NOVEMBER 12.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and truly appreciate your patience while we make sure everything meets our quality standards.
